Shipping is via courier according to the processing times of the backgrounds indicated at the time of ordering.
Once the package has been entrusted to the courier, shipping takes place within 24/48 hours , depending on the workload and the time of year.
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer and can be made within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product has not been used.
